Track Stock Adjustments for POS Items

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Track stock adjustments for any Point of Sale item, including the date, quantity change, action type, and the system user who made the adjustment.

Use Cases:

  • Track inventory adjustments made across your organization

  • Identify which system user made a specific stock adjustment


PREREQUISITES

Organizations must have the Point of Sale feature enabled.


NAVIGATION

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Click Point of Sale > Reports > Stock Adjustments


SETTINGS

Enable one or more filters, then click Run Report.

  • Start Date and End Date - Filter by the date the adjustment was saved in the system.

  • Item Categories - Select one or more item categories.

  • Item Name - Search for a specific POS item.

  • Manufacturer(s) - Select one or more manufacturers.

  • UPC - Scan or enter an item's barcode to filter by a specific item.

  • Action Type(s) - Filter by action type. When adjusting stock, system users select an action type, which either increases or decreases the item's quantity in the POS menu.

  • System User(s) - Filter by the system user who made the adjustment.


OVERVIEW

The Stock Adjustments table shows the Item Name, Variation Name (if applicable), and UPC for each item, along with the Date of the adjustment, the affected Quantity, the Type of action taken, and the System User who made the adjustment.

Click Export to download the report results.
