INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: The Reorder Stock Report generates a table showing products with low inventory levels based on selected quantity thresholds. This report helps clubs proactively monitor stock levels and reorder items before they run out.

Use Cases: System users can use the Reorder Stock Report to:

  • Identify products that are running low

  • Prepare inventory before major events or busy seasons

  • Monitor stock levels by category

  • Improve overall inventory management

This report is a practical stock management tool to help ensure inventory remain fully stocked.


OVERVIEW

To run the Reorder Stock Report:

  1. Navigate to Point of Sale > Reports > Reorder Stock.

  2. Leave Item Categories set to All to review all inventory, or select one or more specific categories.

  3. Set the Quantity condition (e.g., Less Than).

  4. Enter the target quantity value.

  5. Click Run Report.
    ​

CourtReserve generates a table displaying items that meet the selected criteria.

The report table includes:

  • Item Name

  • Variation Name (if applicable)

  • Category

  • Current Quantity (negative numbers appear in red)

  • Alert Quantity

Items appearing in this report meet the quantity condition you selected, helping you determine what needs to be reordered.

To download the results, click Export to generate an .xlsx file for further analysis or sharing.
