FINANCIAL FEATURES
Integrated Payments
What it solves: Streamlines the way clubs collect payments for memberships, reservations, lessons, and events by integrating directly with trusted payment providers. This ensures a secure, convenient, and professional checkout experience for both clubs and players.
How it works: CourtReserve integrates with Stripe (CourtReserve’s preferred integrated payment partner, available in 46 countries) and SafeSave (U.S.-based). Clubs must have an active merchant account with their chosen provider. Once integrated:
Players can pay with credit/debit cards and ACH/eCheck (U.S. only). When using Stripe integration, Interac Debit can be used in Canada.
CourtReserve processes payments through an integrated, tokenized form provided by each payment partner. This setup ensures a secure and convenient experience for both administrators and end users. CourtReserve never stores full payment card data. For identification purposes only, the processor may return the last four digits of a card, which we may display to help users recognize their payment method.
Hardware options are available for in-person transactions, such as Ingenico devices (SafeSave) or Stripe card readers (WisePOS E, S700).
Admins manage billing, refunds, and reporting directly within CourtReserve, while funds are deposited to the club’s bank account by the provider.
Cost: This feature is available in Grow, Scale, and Enterprise plans. Stripe and SafeSave each have their own transaction fees and hardware costs. Please refer to the provider’s pricing for details.

Next Steps: Decide which payment provider you’d like to use (Stripe or SafeSave) and contact that provider directly to begin the setup process. If you encounter any issues along the way, our team is here to help — just reach out via Live Chat Support or by emailing us here.
Point of Sale (POS)
What it solves: The Point of Sale (POS) additional feature is designed to help clubs manage and sell items directly within CourtReserve — whether that’s pro shop merchandise, snacks and drinks, or other products your organization offers for sale. It streamlines retail and food & beverage operations by allowing clubs to manage purchases, track inventory, and process payments.
How it works: Staff can process sales directly at the front desk, pro shop, or restaurant. The POS system integrates with inventory tracking and generates detailed reports for reconciliation.
Cost: This feature is included in Grow, Scale, and Enterprise plans.

Batch Billing & Invoicing
What it solves: Simplifies billing by allowing you to generate multiple invoices at once. This saves time, reduces manual entry errors, and lowers costs by minimizing the number of transactions (and related fees). If needed, you can still generate individual invoices for specific cases.
How it works: From a single dashboard, admins can batch-generate invoices for memberships, events, or reservations, then send them to players for payment.
Cost: This feature is included in Grow, Scale, and Enterprise plans.

Note: For more advanced functionality across other sports or league formats, consider using our integration with Swish.
How it works: Admins create league sessions, enroll players, manage payments, and record results — all in one place. Multiple divisions can be managed within a league. (Note: Flex Leagues are not designed for tournaments.)

CUSTOM BRANDING OPTIONS / WHITE LABELING
Branded Domains
What it solves: Provides a seamless, professional player experience by replacing the standard CourtReserve link with a custom branded domain. This reinforces your club’s brand identity, improves visibility in Google search, and creates a more secure, trustworthy portal for members.
How it works: Admins configure a branded subdomain (e.g., book.yourwebsite.com) that points directly to the CourtReserve player portal. Once active, players access the CourtReserve member portal through your branded URL rather than a generic CourtReserve link. Enterprise organizations can share a branded domain across multiple locations, with players automatically routed to the correct portal.
Cost: Included with Scale and Enterprise plans. Not available on Grow plan.
