INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: The POS Item Sales Report generates a table displaying item sales for a selected date range, allowing users to review sales activity at the individual item level.

Use Cases: The report supports flexible date ranges—from daily snapshots to annual summaries—making it useful for inventory planning, vendor reporting, and assessing product performance over time.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Go to the side menu and click POINT OF SALE > REPORTS > ITEMS SALES.

On the next page, set the report filters. You can manually enter the start and end dates or choose a pre-built date range (such as This Week) from the date picker.

The Item Categories filter defaults to ALL, but you may select one or more specific categories (for example, Pickleball Equipment) to narrow the results.

CourtReserve automatically generates a table displaying the number of items sold, along with gross sales and profit for the selected period. If your organization has Manufacturers set up, a Manufacturer column will also appear to help you analyze sales by brand.

Click the Export button to download the table data as an .xlsx file.
