How to View the Member Portal

See What Your Members See When They Log In to Their Account

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: When a system user account is created within an organization, a corresponding member account is automatically generated using the same email address. This dual-account setup allows system users to switch between their administrative and member roles within CourtReserve.

Use Cases: Switching between roles can be helpful when system users need to:

  • View the platform from a member’s perspective

  • Test booking flows for reservations, lessons, or events

  • Review how pricing, permissions, or restrictions appear to members

  • Troubleshoot member-reported issues


OVERVIEW

How to Access the Member Portal

When on the Admin Panel, follow these steps to go to the Member Portal:

  1. Log into the Admin Panel.

  2. Click View Member Portal in the top-left corner.

If the View Member Portal link does not appear when logged into the Admin Panel, please reach out to CourtReserve's Support Team.


How to Return to the Admin Panel

Desktop: Navigating from the Member Portal to the Admin Panel:

When on the desktop Member Portal, follow these steps to go to the Admin Panel:

  1. Navigate to the menu under your name in the top right.

  2. Click Admin Panel. This returns you to the CourtReserve Admin Panel.


Mobile App: Navigating from the Mobile App to the Admin Panel:

When on the CourtReserve Mobile App, follow these steps to go to the Admin Panel:

  1. Tap More on the bottom right.

  2. Tap Admin Panel. This returns you to the CourtReserve Admin Panel.
