INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: The Waivers tab on a member's profile gives system users a complete record of all waivers and agreements associated with that member. From this tab, you can review signed documents, view full waiver details, delete records, export the list, and push unsigned waivers to the member for signing via email or text.
Use Cases:
Review all waivers and agreements a member has signed, including the version and date signed
View the full contents of a signed waiver, including the member's signature
Delete a waiver record from the member's profile
Export the member's waiver history
Send one or more unsigned waivers to the member for signing via email or text message
NAVIGATION
Log in to the CourtReserve admin panel.
Navigate to Members in the left-hand menu.
Search for and select the member whose waivers you want to review.
Click the Waivers tab.
OVERVIEW
The Waivers tab displays a table of all waivers and agreements on file for the member. Each row represents a single signed document and includes the following columns:
Name - The member's name as it appears on the signed waiver.
Waiver / Agreement - The name of the waiver or agreement (for example, Club Waiver, Event Waiver, or Basic Membership Agreement).
Version - The version of the waiver that was signed, displayed in version-number format.
Signed By - The name of the person who signed the waiver.
Date Signed - The date and time the waiver was signed.
Signature - A preview of the member's electronic signature.
Actions
Viewing a Signed Waiver
Click View on any row to open a detailed view of that waiver. The detail window displays:
Name - The member's name
Waiver / Agreement - The name of the waiver
Version - The version signed
Signed By - The signer's name
Date Signed - The date and time of signing
The member's electronic signature and the full waiver content
Click Print to print the waiver, or Close to return to the tab.
Deleting a Waiver Record
Click Delete on any row to remove that waiver record from the member's profile.
Note: Deleting a waiver record is permanent and cannot be undone.
Exporting Waiver History
Click Export to download the member's waiver history to an Excel file.
Pushing Waivers to the Signing Queue
Click + Push to Signing Queue to send one or more unsigned waivers to the member for completion.
A window will appear with the following options:
Allow Signing from Email - When checked, the system will send a signing link to the member's email address. The email address pre-fills from the member's profile and can be updated if needed.
Allow Signing from Text Message - When checked, the system will send a signing link to the member via text message. The phone number pre-fills from the member's profile and can be updated if needed.
Waiver selection table - Lists all available waivers for your organization. Check the Sign box next to each waiver you want to send to the member.
Click Push to Signing Queue to send, or Close to cancel.
