INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: System users can choose when the registration window opens for specific memberships for each event created. If no registration window is setup, members can register into this event as soon as it's visible on the member portal.
Use Cases: If members with paid memberships should be able to register into events sooner than members with free memberships, this can be setup when creating an event.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
To set this up, go to EVENTS > LIST.
From here, you can select an existing event to Edit or choose to Create a New Event.
If you scroll to the bottom of the page under Event Setup, you can configure the Registration Start and End Dates, including setting a specific time for when registration opens.
Drop-In Registration Starts
Controls when drop-in registration opens for the event.
Based on Event Start: Drop-in registration opens automatically relative to the event’s start date and time.
Specific Date/Time: Drop-in registration opens on a manually selected date and time.
Days Before Event: Choose how many days before the event registration should open.
Time: Set the exact time registration becomes available.
Full Registration Starts
Controls when full event registration opens.
Based on Event Start: Full registration opens automatically relative to the event’s start date and time.
Specific Date/Time: Full registration opens on a selected calendar date and time.
Open Date: Choose the date registration opens.
Time: Set the exact time registration becomes available.
