INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Learn how to view lists of active and inactive members within your organization.

Use Cases: System users can update membership status and convert inactive players to active members as needed.

What is an inactive member? Inactive members do not have a current membership plan. This means they either do not have a membership plan assigned or their plan has expired.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

To display a list of inactive or active members, click MEMBERS on the side menu and then click ACTIVE MEMBERS or INACTIVE MEMBERS.

A new page opens with a table that lists all members (inactive or active) and shows their membership status.

Update Inactive Members

After running the Inactive Members report, you can change a player from Inactive to Active by locating the player’s name in the table and clicking the pencil icon. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see the player’s profile tabs:

  1. Click the Membership tab.

  2. Click the Change/Pre-Purchase Membership button and select an option.

  3. Click the Assign Membership button.

CourtReserve changes the member's status to Active.

Download the Table

Click the Export button to download the table in an .xlsx file.

Email Players

To send a bulk email message to all players on the list, click the Other Members Actions buttons and select Email Members. Learn more here. From this menu, you can also download the list or send a Welcome Email.
