Check Member Activity

Discover Which Members Are Active or Inactive

Written by Ashley Owens

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Create a report to view member logins for a specific period of time or to identify inactive members.

Use Cases: System users can generate activity (login) reports to measure member engagement with the club. System users can also generate a report to show all inactive members and optionally send them a bulk email with an invitation to update their membership plan.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Click REPORTS > MEMBERS on the side menu.

On the new page:

  • Go to the Current Membership Status heading and check all the boxes. Make sure the Membership Types field is set to ALL (the default setting).

  • Scroll down to the Last Login Date From / To headings. Use the calendar icons to create a period to check member activity. In the screenshot below, the system user views players who have logged in during a three-month time period.

  • Optionally, review the Setup Report Output table and use the checkboxes to customize the types of information that the report will display.

  • Finally, click the Run Report button at the top or bottom of the page. CourtReserve opens and new browser tab and shows the report.

System users can save the report by clicking Save Filter.

Reviewing the Report

Use the buttons at the top of the page to:

  • Export the report as an .xlsx file

  • Export the report as a PDF

  • Send a bulk email to all members on the list

  • If Text and Push notifications are enabled, those options can also be selected here.

Identifying Inactive Members

To generate a report that lists all inactive players:

  1. Refresh the Members Report page.

  2. Check two boxes under the Current Membership Status heading: Expired and Currently No Membership Assigned.

  3. Make sure the Membership Status box is checked in the Setup Report Output table.

  4. Click the Run Report button.

Review the report in the new browser tab. The report shows inactive players and their membership status. Optionally, send the players a bulk email.
