INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: System users assign a different plan to a member.
Use Cases: Upgrade or downgrade a membership plan and configure payment settings.
PREREQUISITES
Know how to create membership types.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Log in to the admin dashboard.
Go to the side menu and click MEMBERS > SEARCH.
Locate a member.
Click the pencil icon to edit the profile page.
On the profile page, click the Membership tab and then click the Change/Pre-Purchase Membership button.
In the popup window, select a membership type option.
Select a payment frequency, set the start date, and then click Assign Membership. If the player chooses a Monthly payment plan, set the Membership Start Date and the Next Payment Date.
If the system user needs to create a prorated membership for the first month until the Next Payment Date, then click the Create Billing Cycle between START DATE and NEXT PAYMENT DATE box.
