INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Hide fees from future reservations and events on a member's balance.
Use Cases: For organizations that book contract time, or recurring reservations, members' accounts can become cluttered with fees from future events/reservations. With this setting enabled, members' balances will only show fees from past events/lessons/reservations.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Go to Settings > Portal Settings.
Go to Setup.
At the bottom of the page, there is a Exclude Future Reservation/Events from Member Balance checkbox.
After this setting is saved, members will no longer have fees for future reservations and events on their Member Portal balance. To exclude future reservations/events from a member's balance on the Admin side:
Go to a member's account.
Go to the Billing tab.
Once this setting is enabled and Exclude Upcoming Reservations/Events from Balance is checked, there will be a Current Balance (unpaid past dates) instead of the Balance (all unpaid dates).
