INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: For reservations with multiple members, organizations have the option to assign different members as the Guest Owner for a guest. If this feature is not enabled, the member booking the reservation (the Reservation Owner) will always be assigned as the Guest Owner.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
If the ability to change Guest Owners should be allowed on the member portal, go to Settings > Portal Settings > Setup.
From here, system users can enable the Allow Members to Change Guest Owner on Member Portal setting. Once enabled, members will have the ability to change the Guest Owner.
When editing a reservation with a guest, there will be a Guest Owner column for each guest. Click the drop down to make the update and save.
