Track reservation behavior, including cancellations

PREREQUISITES
The Membership tab is one part of a member profile. Click here to learn how to add a member.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Navigate to Members > Search.
Open a member profile.
Click the Reservations tab.
The page has four tabs that show the member's current and past reservation activity: Upcoming, Past, Canceled, and Waitlist.
OVERVIEW
System users can filter, export, and take action on reservations from this tab.
Each row displays the reservation Type, Date, Time, Courts, Resources, approval status, Players, and Instructors.
Available actions include:
Filter results by Start Date and End Date
Filter by ALL, Courts, Lessons, or Resources using the dropdown (defaults to ALL)
Search reservations using the Search field
Export the list to PDF using Export to PDF
Check in a player using the Check-in button
Click the three-dot menu next to a reservation for additional actions
Upcoming
Shows the member's current and future reservations.
Past
Shows a log of the member's past bookings.
Canceled
Shows a list of canceled bookings and any pending refunds.
Waitlist
Shows reservations the member is waitlisted for.
Note: Admins (and sub-admins with proper permissions) can override an event waitlist and register a player beyond the specified capacity.
