Adding a Logo to the Member Portal

Display Your Organization's Logo

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: The logo feature allows system users to upload a club image that CourtReserve automatically places on the member portal and in outgoing bulk email messages.

Use Cases:

  • Upload a club logo to display on the member portal, mobile app, and in player bulk email messages

  • Replace an existing logo with an updated image

Note: To update the logo used in automated player and system user notifications, navigate to Settings > Organization Settings > Email Settings.


SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Log in to the admin panel.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Portal Settings on the side menu.

  3. Click the Upload Logo icon.

  4. Click Select Files to upload a JPG or PNG image from your device.

  5. After the image uploads, click Save.

CourtReserve updates the Current Logo field with the new image.

Note: Simple logos - round or square - work well because the logo space cannot be adjusted. CourtReserve automatically resizes large images.


OVERVIEW

After saving, CourtReserve displays the logo in two locations on the member portal: the top left corner of the page and the footer of the home page. The logo also appears in your organization's mobile app and outgoing player bulk email messages.
