My Organizations / Clubs
At the top of home page of the mobile app dashboard, you’ll see the name of the organization (club) you’re currently viewing. To switch to another connected CourtReserve organization, simply tap the dropdown arrow next to the club name and select the one you want to view.
Profile Information
Your important personal details appear in a dedicated box at the top of your Home screen. Depending on your club’s settings, this area may include your membership type and scan-in barcode.
To access your full profile, tap the circle with your initials or photo in the top corner. From there, you can review and update your personal information and manage your notification settings.
Primary Booking Buttons
The primary booking features of your club—such as Lessons, Reservations, and Events—are displayed as easy-to-tap buttons on the Home screen, instead of being listed in a menu. Simply tap the relevant button to quickly access the booking options your club offers.
My Bookings
Quickly view your upcoming bookings and essential details such as date, time, and court number right from the Home screen in the My Bookings section. Tap View All to see a full list of all your reservations, lessons, and events.
Explore More
At the bottom of the Home screen, use your club’s Explore More section to navigate to additional features and options your club is highlighting.
Bottom Row Navigation
The navigation buttons at the bottom of the app give you quick access to the most important features—making it easier to get booked and on the court at your club.
Home – Instantly return to the home page of the dashboard of your selected club.
Calendar – View your club’s Event Calendar. Use filters by date and event category to find what matters most to you.
Alerts – See any notifications or updates you've received from your club.
+ (Plus Icon) – Take quick action to reserve a court, book an event, or schedule a lesson.
More – Access your full player account including billing, linked family members, booking history, linked organizations/clubs, and personal profile details.
