INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Generate a list of organization members who have logged in during a specific time frame. This is commonly done after sending the Welcome Email or anytime thereafter.
Use Cases:
Identify members who have not logged in within the past year by excluding those who logged in during the current year
Confirm which members have logged in since receiving the Welcome Email
OVERVIEW
The Last Login Date filter lets you generate a report of members based on when they last logged in to CourtReserve. You can filter by a date range, display the date itself as a column in your results, or both.
NAVIGATION
Go to Reports > Members.
Scroll down to locate the Last Login Date From and Last Login Date To fields, and enter your desired date range to filter members by last login.
If you want to see the Last Login Date in the report output, check the box next to Last Login Date under Setup Report Output.
Click Run Report.
SETTINGS
Last Login Date From / Last Login Date To - Filters the report to include only members whose last login falls within the specified date range. Leave blank to include members regardless of last login date.
Last Login Date (Setup Report Output) - Check this box to display each member's last login date as a column in the report results.
Note: To reuse your report criteria later, click Save Filter. Saved filters can be accessed anytime by clicking Saved Filters. Use Clear to reset all fields.
Once your report has run, use the buttons at the top of the results grid to take action on the list:
Export to Excel / Export to PDF - Save the report results for offline use or record-keeping.
Email Players / Text Players / Push Notification - Reach out directly to the members in your results. For example, run this report with a Last Login Date To of six months ago, then use Email Players to send a reminder to log in and check out what's new.
Create New Member Group - Save the filtered list as a member group for future targeting.
