INTRODUCTION
Feature Summary: Set up the Modern Dashboard mobile app view
Use Cases: Select this dashboard view option to update the design and appearance of the CourtReserve app dashboard display.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
Go to SETTINGS > PORTAL SETTINGS.
Click Mobile.
On the Mobile Settings page, click the Mobile App Dashboard View field and select Mobile Dashboard.
Optionally, set the Organization Short Name. This name displays when a member views your organization on the modern dashboard. If you leave the field blank, CourtReserve displays the current organization name.
System users can configure app settings.
Display Location - Check the box to set your facility's city and state. Uncheck the box to hide these fields.
Display Weather - Check the box to display the weather (e.g. temperature, humidity, and wind speed) in your area. Enter the facility's area code. Uncheck the box to hide the area code field.
Primary Color - Set the color of app buttons and icons. Click the field and select an option, or choose Custom and set another color.
App dashboard view
The screenshot below shows the location and weather for the zip code if you enable the settings. The image also shows the primary color for buttons or icons.
Players can view global announcements if system users enable that feature on the Welcome page. All Welcome page global announcements display in the Announcements section. Players can see upcoming reservations and event registrations in the My Bookings section.
If using the Leagues Add-On, members will also opt-in to games days for Leagues they are registered into under the My Leagues section. Members can see your organization's Player Directory, member groups, the Billing page, and other custom headers.
The options at the bottom of the above screenshot will likely differ from your view depending on what pages are visible on the organization's member portal.
