INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: Learn how to configure the mobile app dashboard view.

Use Cases: Customize the design and appearance of the CourtReserve mobile app dashboard using the settings outlined in this article.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

  1. Go to SETTINGS > PORTAL SETTINGS.

  2. Click Mobile.

  3. Review the following fields on the Mobile Dashboard Settings screen:

  • Organization Short Name (Optional):
System users can set an optional short name for your organization. This name will appear to members when they view your organization.. If left blank, CourtReserve will display your full organization name instead.

  • Display Location - Check the box to display your facility's city and state. Uncheck the box to hide these fields.

  • Display Weather - Check the box to display the weather (e.g. temperature, humidity, and wind speed) in your area. Enter the facility's area code. Uncheck the box to hide the area code field.

If your organization is using a Branded Mobile app and has multiple locations, the dashboard must be setup at each location.

The screenshot below displays the location and weather associated with the selected ZIP code when these settings are enabled. It also displays the primary color applied to buttons and icons.

Organizations

By clicking the down arrow (caret) next to the organization name, players can easily navigate to other clubs they have added. Under My Organizations, they can select the radio button next to the club they want to switch to, or click Add Organization to add a new club to their account.

QR Code

Players can click the QR code next to their name and membership to open their personal check-in QR code.

Main Action Buttons

The three primary action buttons display the most commonly used functions for players in CourtReserve. If your club doesn't utilize Book a Pro, the Book Lessons button will not display.

Global Announcements

Additionally, players can view global announcements if system users enable that feature on the Welcome page. All Welcome page global announcements display in the Announcements section.

My Bookings

Players can see upcoming reservations and event registrations in the My Bookings section.

If the player does not have any upcoming bookings, a Get Started button is displayed. Selecting this button prompts the player to choose an action, which mirrors the options available from the primary action buttons on the home screen or the Plus (+) button.

My Leagues

If you're using the Leagues Add-On, players can also opt into game days for any leagues they’re registered for under the My Leagues section.

Explore More

In addition, players will have access to your organization’s Member Groups, Billing page, and any other custom headers you’ve configured.

The options shown at the bottom of the screenshot below may differ from what you see, depending on which pages are enabled in your organization’s member portal.

Bottom / Footer Navigation

At the bottom navigation bar (footer) of the app, players can quickly access key areas within CourtReserve.

  • Home returns players to the main dashboard at any time.

  • Calendar opens the club’s event calendar.

  • The Plus (+) button provides quick actions such as booking events, making reservations, or booking lessons, depending on club settings. These are the same actions as the three buttons on the home dashboard screen.

  • Alerts displays player notifications that have been configured by the club and the player has received.

  • More opens a full menu of account-related options, including Personal Information, Billing, Payment Profiles, Organizations, and the option to Log Out. These options will vary depending on the club's settings.
