Members - Details Tab

Review and Manage Core Member Information in One Place

INTRODUCTION

Feature Summary: The Details tab on a member's profile is the central location for managing a member's personal information, contact details, communication preferences, and account-level restrictions. System users can view and update all core member data from this single tab.

Use Cases:

  • Review or update a member's name, address, phone number, and date of birth

  • Manage communication preferences and unsubscribe settings

  • View or assign ratings, DUPR data, and linked third-party accounts


OVERVIEW

The Details tab is divided into several sections covering personal information, contact details, subscription preferences, and optional feature-specific settings. Some fields only appear if your organization has enabled certain add-on features.


NAVIGATION

  1. Log in to the CourtReserve admin panel.

  2. Navigate to Members in the left-hand menu.

  3. Search for and select the member whose profile you want to view.

  4. Click the Details tab.


SETTINGS

Personal Information

  • First Name - The member's first name as it appears throughout the system.

  • Last Name - The member's last name.

  • Email - Displays the member's email address used for login and all system communications. To edit the email address, navigate to the Login tab.

  • Gender - The member's gender. Used for reporting and such things as event restrictions.

  • Date of Birth - The member's date of birth (month, day, and year). The system automatically calculates and displays the member's current age.

  • Family Name - The family group this member belongs to, if applicable. Click the pencil icon to update.

  • Family Role - Designates the member's role within their family group (for example, Primary).

  • Member # - The unique system-generated identifier assigned to this member.

  • Profile Photo - A photo can be added to the member's profile by clicking Add Photo. This image will be associated with the member's account throughout the system.


Contact Information

  • Phone Number - The member's primary phone number.

  • Address - The member's street address.

  • City - The member's city.

  • State - The member's state.

  • Zip Code - The member's ZIP code.


Ratings

Note: DUPR fields will display if this rating is enabled.

  • DUPR - Doubles - The member's current DUPR doubles rating, pulled from their linked DUPR account.

  • DUPR - Singles - The member's current DUPR singles rating, pulled from their linked DUPR account.

  • DUPR ID - The member's linked DUPR account ID. Click Unlink to remove the association.

  • Any Custom Ratings enabled.


Account Settings

  • Note - A free-text field for internal notes about the member. Notes entered here are visible to system users only.

  • Penalty Cancellations - Displays the number of penalty cancellations on the member's account. This count can be adjusted manually by system users.

  • Invited Guest(s) - Shows the total number of guests this member has invited. Click View Guest(s) to see the full list.

  • Tell Us How You Found Us - Displays the member's self-reported response to how they discovered the organization.


Communication Preferences

Note: Communication preferences can be controlled on an individual notification level via the Member Profile - Notifications tab.

  • Unsubscribe from my Club/Organization's Emails/Alerts/Newsletters - When checked, the member will not receive email communications from the organization. The default setting is not checked.

  • Unsubscribe From Organizations Marketing Text Alerts - When checked, the member will not receive marketing text messages. The default setting is not checked.

  • Unsubscribe From Organization Text Alerts (Confirmations, Cancellations, etc) - When checked, the member will not receive transactional text alerts such as booking confirmations or cancellation notices. The default setting is not checked.

  • Unsubscribe From Organizations Marketing Push Notifications - When checked, the member will not receive marketing push notifications through the mobile app. The default setting is not checked.

  • Exclude Account Information From Public Groups - When checked, the member's account information will not be visible within public group features. The default setting is not checked.


Note: Additional fields may display in this tab based on the Additional Features enabled.
