Use Cases: To edit instructor assignments for one or more (but not all) dates of a recurring event (planned or ongoing), system users must update settings for each event day.

Part 8: Add Pickleball Instructors to an Event
PREREQUISITES
Know how to create a pickleball event.
SETUP REQUIREMENTS
System users can add an instructor when creating an event or editing an existing one.
Open an event.
Click the General Info tab.
Scroll down to the Event Instructor(s) heading.
Click the field and select one or more instructor names.
Click Save Changes.
If the Conflicts icon displays, click the link to see the scheduling problem.
Editing a recurring event
Follow the steps described above to add or replace an instructor for all dates of a recurring event.
To change the instructor assigned to one or more individual dates:
Open the event.
Click the Dates tab.
Locate a date and click the pencil icon. A new window displays.
Go to the Instructor(s) field and make the required changes. Click Save.
The Dates table shows the new instructor assignment and an icon that highlights the change.
