INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Generate reports that summarize instructor time and reservations.

  • Use Cases: Quickly produce pickleball performance reports for any period. Enable filters to focus reports on instructors, categories, or tags.

Module 3 is an eleven-part quick-start guide highlighting the key steps admins should complete when creating and setting up lessons and instructors. This article is Part 11.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Instructor Time

  1. Log in to the admin dashboard.

  2. Click REPORTS > INSTRUCTOR TIME. A new page displays.

Reporting period

Click the calendar icons to set start and end dates for the reporting period. Optionally, set start and end times. Use the checkboxes to include (or exclude) instructor time assigned to court reservations, lessons, and events.

Click the Today field and select a menu option to quickly set the period (e.g. last month).

Report filters

Enable any combination of filters to narrow the data set. For example, system users could generate a report for one specific pickleball instructor.

Scroll down to the Setup Report Output heading. The table shows all possible columns that could be included in the report (based on the enabled filters). Check or uncheck boxes to add or exclude report columns.

Viewing the report

Click the Run Report button (at the top or bottom of the page). A new tab opens with the report in a table format. Click a button to export the report (.xlsx or PDF). Optionally, go back to the Instructor Time page, tweak the filters, and generate a fresh report.

Saving a report

Click the Save Report button on the Instructor Time page to keep the report on the platform. Enter a report name and select a Visibility option.

  • Private means only the user who created the report can see the report.

  • Shared means users with report access can view this document.

To view previous reports that were saved, click the Saved Reports button. Users with access can click the Load button to view a report.

Reservations Report

Click REPORTS > RESERVATIONS. Follow the same steps described above to set dates and enable filters.

The reservation report has a few unique filters. For example, check the Group Reservations By Members box to hide player names, emails, and numbers in the report.
