INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Generate a list of organization members.

  • Use Cases: System users can create a segmented list based on a wide variety of filters, including membership type, status, payment profile, and more. Optionally, admins can send targeted messages to members on the list (e.g., a reminder that accounts must be settled by July 1).

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Go to the side menu and click REPORTS > MEMBERS. On the next page, set the report filters. At the tip of the page, select the membership status and type.

Enable any combination of filters to narrow the focus of a report. For example, systems users can generate a report that lists members:

  • with an outstanding balance on their account over a certain amount, or

  • who do not have a payment profile, or

  • are approaching the club's limit on penalty points.

Scroll down to the Setup Report Output heading. The table shows all possible columns that could be included in the report (based on the enabled filters). Check or uncheck boxes to add or exclude report columns.

Viewing the report

Click the Run Report button (at the top or bottom of the page). A new tab opens with the report in a table format. Click a button to export the report (.xlsx or PDF).

To filter table data, click the filter icon, select an operator (e.g. is equal to), and enter a value. To change the sort order, go to a column heading and change the direction of the arrow.

Sending a message

Click a button at the top of the page and send everyone on the list a bulk email (or text message or push notification if enabled).

Saving a report

Click the Save Report button to keep the report on the platform. Enter a report name and select a Visibility option.

  • Private means only the user who created the report can see the report.

  • Shared means users with report access can view this document.
