INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: Create a report that shows player check-ins.

  • Use Cases: Measure club performance and player engagement by tracking member check-ins to reservations. The report displays data for manual check-ins by a system user and self-check-ins at a kiosk.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

The Check-In report is available as a standalone report if the organization did not enable the Attendance Tracker add-on. If the add-on is enabled, the Check-In report is available inside the ATTENDANCE folder on the side menu.

Go to the side menu and click REPORTS > ATTENDANCE > CHECK-IN. Go to the Check-In By field and select an option (the default setting is ALL). Manually set the start and end dates and times for check-ins (and optionally reservations), or click the field to select a pre-built period (e.g. Current Year).

Enable any combination of filters to narrow the data set. For example, system users could generate a report for one reservation type, lesson category, or check-in status.

Scroll down to the Setup Report Output heading. The table shows all possible columns that could be included in the report (based on the enabled filters). Check or uncheck boxes to add or exclude report columns.

Viewing the report

Click the Run Report button (at the top or bottom of the page). A new tab opens with the report in a table format. Click a button to export the report (.xlsx or PDF).

To filter table data, click the filter icon, select an operator (e.g. is equal to), and enter a value. To change the sort order, go to a column heading and change the direction of the arrow.

Saving a report

Click the Save Report button to keep the report on the platform. Enter a report name and select a Visibility option. Check the box to make it available publicly. If unchecked, only the user who created the report can see the report.
