INTRODUCTION

  • Feature Summary: This report shows court usage for a given period.

  • Use Cases: Use report data to improve facility management, peak demand pricing, and event or clinic scheduling.

SETUP REQUIREMENTS

Go to the side menu and click REPORTS > COURT SHEET. A new page displays. Manually set the start and end dates or click the field to select a pre-built period (e.g. Last Month). Enable filters to screen for court type, reservation type, and more.

Viewing the report

Click the Download button (at the top or bottom of the page). CourtReserve downloads an Excel file to the device. Save the file to the device with a different name or export it as a PDF. (optional)
